Description
The Petra pendant is crafted from genuine natural marble, bringing refined luxury and a bold, architectural silhouette to the centre of a room. Because marble is a natural stone, every piece shows its own veining and pattern, so no two lights look exactly the same. Choose classic white, dramatic black or a deep dark green to suit your scheme.
Warm metallic detailing frames the stone, and the bulb casts a soft, ambient glow that turns the pendant into a striking focal point. Hang a single Petra beside the bed or above a reading chair, or group several over a dining table or kitchen island for a sculptural, gallery-like effect. The adjustable cord lets you set the drop to suit your ceiling height and the surface below. The natural stone also looks beautiful in daylight, when its veining and texture take centre stage.
At 18cm across and 16cm tall, Petra is compact enough for bedsides and smaller rooms while still making a confident design statement. It takes a standard E27 bulb, sold separately; a warm LED gives an energy-efficient, flattering glow. Its solid stone and metal pair beautifully with velvet, brass and dark wood in postmodern and luxe interiors. As a hard-wired fitting, it should be installed by a qualified electrician.

Installation & Safety
Most of our lights can be fitted yourself. A ceiling or wall light that replaces an existing fitting can be installed at home: switch off the power at the fuse box first. A new light point, or a light in a bathroom, needs a qualified electrician. Table lamps and rechargeable lights need no installation.
