Isla Wood & Frosted Glass Ceiling Light

The Isla ceiling light combines a smooth frosted glass shade with warm wooden detailing and a slim iron fitting. The result is a compact, softly rounded light with a calm, natural character that suits Scandinavian, Japandi and modern minimalist interiors. It looks as considered switched off as it does switched on, adding a quiet design detail to the ceiling.

The frosted glass diffuses the light into a gentle, even glow in warm white, creating a comfortable atmosphere for winding down, dining or simply moving through the home in the evening. Because it is surface mounted, Isla sits close to the ceiling, making it a practical choice for hallways, landings, bedrooms and dining nooks where a hanging pendant would get in the way. Run two or three along a corridor or landing for a calm, consistent line of light that guides the way through the home after dark.

At 18cm across and 23cm tall, Isla lights an area of around 3–5m², so it is ideal for smaller rooms or for running several along a corridor. It takes an E27 LED bulb, giving energy-efficient light that keeps running costs low. Pair it with oak furniture, linen and natural stone for a cohesive look. As a hard-wired fitting, it should be installed by a qualified electrician.
