The Joist Pendant

One straight line of wood, and an even wash of light along the whole table.

The Joist is a slim linear pendant in wood, hung level on two fine cables. A concealed LED runs its full length behind an opal diffuser and sends a soft, even light straight down — bright enough to eat or work by, with no hot spot and no bare bulb in sight. A matching wood ceiling plate completes it.

• Wood body, two tones: Light Wood or Dark Wood, with the grain left visible.
• Full-length LED: an opal acrylic diffuser spreads warm 3000K light evenly from end to end.
• Four lengths: 80, 100, 120 or 150 cm, to sit comfortably within the length of your table or island.
• Hung level: two fine cables, each adjustable up to 150 cm.

Made for dining tables, kitchen islands and long desks that need good light without a heavy fitting overhead.
