Politique d’expédition

At Aurel Home, we do everything we can so that your light reaches you quickly, in perfect condition and with no surprises. Here are our full delivery conditions.

1. Delivery charges

Delivery is free to every address in the United Kingdom, with no minimum order. Delivery to France costs £10 per order. The delivery charge, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay.

2. Where we deliver

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom and to France. We do not deliver to other countries for the moment.

3. Dispatch

Your order is checked, packed and handed to the carrier within 24–48 hours of your order confirmation.

4. Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders to the United Kingdom are delivered in 6–8 days. In total, you should receive your light 7 to 10 days after ordering: the estimated dates are shown on each product page, above the Add to cart button. For France, follow your parcel with the tracking link sent at dispatch.

5. Order confirmation and tracking

You receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, then a second email with your tracking number as soon as it is dispatched. You can follow your parcel on our Track your order page.

6. Carriers

Your parcel is entrusted to our carrier partners and delivered to the address given at checkout.

7. Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your delivery address carefully when ordering. If a wrong or incomplete address leads to a return or a failed delivery, contact us as soon as possible: we will help you have the parcel sent again as soon as it comes back to us.

8. Late or missing parcel

If your parcel is several days past the delivery time announced, first check the tracking, then contact us. We open an enquiry with the carrier straight away and find a solution: a new light or a refund.

9. Lost or damaged parcel

If your parcel arrives damaged, refuse it if you can, or take photos on receipt. If your parcel is lost or damaged, contact us at contact@aurelhome.com with your order number and photos: we will send you a replacement free of charge, or refund you.

10. Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return a light. The full conditions are in our Refund policy.
