Mica Double Glass Pendant Light

Mica uses two layers of glass to give a compact pendant visual depth. A tinted inner section sits within a clear outer form, with a dark fitting and simple cord keeping the rest of the design restrained. The light source remains visible through the glass, making the bulb part of the composition. Its narrow outline is a useful accent beside a bed or over a small table where a broad shade would occupy too much space.

Choose Smoke Grey for a cooler, quieter tone or Amber for a warmer glass colour. The same cylindrical shape is used in both finishes, so colour is the main visual distinction. A pair can frame a bed or help define a breakfast bar; repeating the same finish keeps the arrangement cohesive. The available size diagram shows a 15 cm diameter and 22 cm height, but these differ from the written dimensions, so the supplied measurements need confirmation before ordering.

An E27 bulb is required and is not included. The suspension is adjustable, allowing the hanging position to be planned around furniture and the room's sightlines. Because the glass is transparent, consider the bulb's physical size and shape alongside its brightness. Mica is intended for a hardwired ceiling connection, which should be fitted by a qualified electrician. Keep the chosen glass colour consistent with nearby fittings, or use its tint as a deliberate accent within a neutral room.
