Description
The Rune wall light blends a solid wood base with a smooth, painted iron arm and shade. Soft curves and warm timber give it a relaxed Nordic character, while the black or white finish keeps the look crisp and contemporary. It is a simple, well-balanced design that brings warmth to bedrooms, hallways and living areas.
The shade gives gentle, directional light, making Rune ideal as a bedside reading lamp or as soft accent lighting in a hallway, landing or reading corner. Fit a pair either side of a headboard for symmetry, or use one to light a favourite chair. It lights an area of around 3–5m², so it suits smaller rooms and focused spaces where you want light exactly where you need it. Run two or three along a hallway for a calm, consistent line of light that welcomes you home.
At 23cm tall with a 15cm shade and 12cm base, Rune is compact enough for small rooms yet substantial enough to read as a feature. It takes a standard E27 bulb, sold separately, so you can choose the brightness and colour temperature you prefer. Its quality iron and natural wood construction suits Scandinavian, minimalist and modern homes. As a hard-wired fitting, it should be installed by a qualified electrician.

Installation & Safety
Most of our lights can be fitted yourself. A ceiling or wall light that replaces an existing fitting can be installed at home: switch off the power at the fuse box first. A new light point, or a light in a bathroom, needs a qualified electrician. Table lamps and rechargeable lights need no installation.
